IN SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENTS

CAMPAIGN INFORMATION AND CAMPAIGN BENEFIT FORM

 

Scope and Legal Nature of the Form

In Subscription Agreements, the Campaign Information and Campaign Benefit Form (“Form”) is arranged as an annex (“Annex-1”) to the Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”), which establishes the membership and subscription relationship between Gain Medya A.Ş. (“GAİN”) and the Members and Subscribers, and is an integral part of the Agreement. This Form will be approved by the user when the user clicks on the “I Read and Accept the Campaign Information and Campaign Benefit Form” button in the electronic environment and the acceptance statement is recorded in the GAİN records.

Subscriptions not established within any campaign are completely subject to the provisions of the Agreement. However, subscription agreements established with “{{campaignTitle}}” (“Campaign”) implemented by GAIN between {{campaignStartDate}} - {{campaignEndDate}} are subject to the provisions in both the Agreement and this Form.

 

Campaign Terms

The Campaign is valid for the Agreements to be drawn up between GAIN and members who are GAIN members between {{campaignStartDate}} - {{campaignEndDate}} or who will convert their current membership to a subscription for the first time between {{campaignStartDate}} - {{campaignEndDate}} (users who do not currently have an active Premium Gain subscription). Each Subscriber can benefit from this campaign only once.

Within the scope of the campaign, the subscription fee will be applied as the first {{discountPeriodText}}  {{discountedAmount}}-{{currency}} when the subscription starts, and the current subscription fee {{subscriptionAmount}}-{{currency}} in the following months. GAİN reserves the right to change the subscription fee. In the event of a change in the subscription fee, the subscription fee will be collected in accordance with the Agreement based on the new amount determined. The Subscriber may terminate their subscription at any time, both during the Campaign period and after the Campaign period, within the scope of Article 9 of the Agreement.

The campaign will only be valid for purchases made with a credit card via the web/mobile web. The campaign is not valid for purchases made via application markets (AppStore/Google Play).

The included campaign subscription cannot be combined with other campaigns published and/or to be published by GAİN.

 

Miscellaneous Provisions

Section 2.2 of this Form. After the advantageous fee period ends in accordance with the article, the fee for the standard package subscription service will continue to be collected in the manner determined by the provisions of the Agreement, through the bank account and card information provided to GAİN by the Subscriber when starting the campaign membership/subscription.

The provisions of the Agreement will apply to all matters not regulated in this Form, which is an annex to the Agreement.

3.3. If any provision of this Form is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions.
