Information on Commercial Message Permissions

INFORMATION REGARDING COMMERCIAL MESSAGE PERMISSIONS

The commercial message permissions that you will approve by activating the button are used by GAİN Medya A.Ş. to inform you about GAİN publications and contents, current advertisements, announcements and campaigns. Your personal data is processed by GAİN in accordance with the general principles in Article 4 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, as mentioned in the Information Text that you read and signed at the "Membership" stage. In order for your e-mail address, which is processed compulsorily in order to establish a membership and subscription agreement between you and GAİN Medya A.Ş., to be used for sending you electronic commercial messages, you must approve the commercial message permissions in accordance with the rule "being related, limited and proportionate to the purpose for which they are processed" in Article 4/1/ç of the Law. If you approve the message permissions, they will be sent to your e-mail registered in the system during membership. You can activate and close your message permissions whenever you want.
