Yıldızlar da Kayar tells the story of popstar Berkcan, who is forced to live in a village for six months. Berkcan, constantly in the spotlight of the entertainment world, faces harsh criticism on social media after an unfortunate incident. Under public pressure, the court sentences him to live in a village for six months, away from technology and his glamorous life. During these difficult days, the only people Berkcan knows in the village are the teacher Zeynep and her sister.
