Episode 1 - A Whole New World
Little Briar takes Vick’s axe and runs away with little Bramble. Vick follows them to the Pine Tree Kindergarten and meets many little animals there. Ms. Olivia tells him not to be afraid, and soon Vick gets along with the little animals there. Little Briar doesn’t want to join Vick and the other animals, seeming a bit lonely. Ms. Olivia then encourages little Briar to play with the others. At last, the kids at the kindergarten have a good time listening to Vick telling stories of the outside world.

Coach Mack tells them that a firefly takes in oxygen through air holes on its belly, and the more it takes in, the brighter the light it generates. By utilizing this principle, they encourage the little guy to light up at last.

Episode 4 - Happy Camping
Coach Mack takes the kids at Pine Tree Kindergarten to go camping. They arrive happily at the camping site. The kids try to build tents and learn to pick blueberries. Coach Mack also organizes the kids to prepare a concert. At last they wrap up the trip with a picnic. Though the kids encounter some problems, they have some good time camping.

Young Little Bramble is dependent on his brother doing everything, otherwise he’s gonna cry. Little Briar loves his little brother so he always makes a compromise. He takes him to school, lets him have the bigger apple, and win the game. In math class, Little Bramble is required to answer questions by himself. He fails and bursts into tears. After school, Little Bramble, who’s eager to catch up with Briar, walks home alone and works out math questions all by himself. Now he understands what his brother says, a bear’s gotta do what a bear’s gotta do.

His friends try to help him but Vick refused them all. Vick takes their helpful behavior as a harm to his watermelons. Days later, all the watermelons grow except Vick’s. He starts to cry. Knowing what has happened, Ms. Olivia comforts him, and encourages him. Vick realizes he should listen to others’ advice modestly. His friends volunteer to take care of the watermelons together. At last, Vick tells little Bramble that the flower is also growing and suggests him to compare his height with the mark he previously leaves on the blackboard. Old Billy tells them a good news that the cubs in Sunshine Kindergarten may need toys, so they send them all along with a letter. Days later, they receive a thank-you note from Sunshine Kindergarten. The kids at Pine Tree Kindergarten welcome a new classmate—Violet, and invite her to play with them. However, Violet thinks playing marbles and mud sculpting could get her dirty. So she settles to play by herself. Soon she feels bored and lonely, and thinks the other kids don’t like her. Finally she opens her heart to the other kids. They all join Violet for her favorite afternoon tea and have a good time.

Bramble decides to keep the caterpillar he finds on his head, and see how it grows up and becomes a butterfly. As time goes by, the caterpillar becomes a pupa, and soon it will turn into a butterfly. But in the process of metamorphosis, Bramble worries that it might get stuck, and tries to help. Ms. Olivia stops him and tells him that it needs to do it itself to get enough strength to fly. Just as they expected, the butterfly finally comes out, dries its wings, and flies.

While the cubs help Violet search, Luna-Loo is called to Ms. Lady Jane’s office, where she hears how much Violet treasures the chest. Realizing her mistake, Luna-Loo understands she can’t keep what isn’t hers. Luna-Loo returns the chest and confesses to her friends.

Old Billy forecasts the weather right, and Tiki asks Old Billy to teach him how to forecast a rainy day. Tiki makes notes and memorizes it. The other kids at Pine Tree Kindergarten plan to have a picnic, and Tiki tells them the weather will be sunny. However, just when the kids are going to have the picnic, it rains. Tiki goes to find Old Billy and asks him what’s wrong with the weather forecast. Old Billy explains that nature changes constantly and that only by studying hard could they make weather forecasts as accurate as possible.

They are worried that Coach Mack would run into the monster and goes to find him. At last, they learn of the truth.

Bramble is worried and searches everywhere for the fish. At last, Ms. Olivia, who has been taking care of the fish while Bramble is away, gives it back to Bramble, and tells him how important he is to the fish. Then, Bramble understands the meaning of having a pet.

During the nap time, a fight against mosquitoes is on, and ends up with nothing. To keep away from mosquitoes, the kids wrap themselves tightly, which makes Coach Mack laugh. He teaches them the right way to repel mosquitoes with Chinese Mugwort. Later, Tiki meets a lot of mosquitoes that live in a puddle. Coach Mack says that the puddle is like a breeding ground for mosquitoes, and that to fill the puddle is the best way to drive them away. All of them get moving and solve the mosquito issue.

Tiki showcases his hat that has been passed down for generations at the kindergarten, and tells the other kids the story behind the hat. The story says whoever wears the hat will become a warrior. Bramble finally understands that the tree will never be gone because it will always stay in his heart.
