Efsunlu: Kabirden Gelen tells the story of Kübra, who tries to help a mysterious girl named Burcu. Years ago, Burcu was left at an orphanage and later adopted. She is believed to have an incurable illness and is raised in isolation from people. Unable to speak and prone to aggression, Burcu is thought to have a connection with demons. After her mother’s death, Kübra decides to become a nurse and moves into the orphanage, where she discovers Burcu’s existence. While trying to help her, does Kübra find a way to communicate with Burcu — or is she part of a terrifying plan?
