Capernaüm

12-year-old Zain sues his parents for bringing him into a life of hardship. Living in Beirut's slums, he faces neglect, poverty, and the trauma of his sister's forced marriage. After running away, Zain finds refuge with Rahil, an Ethiopian migrant worker, and her infant son, Yonas. When Rahil is detained, Zain becomes Yonas's guardian, navigating the perilous streets to survive.
